International Orders and Deliveries

The payment currency for all orders via PayPal and other means is in Hong Kong Dollars. The ‘Show in Your Currency’ facility we display is for reference only. We cannot take responsibility for currency fluctuations between what is displayed on our website to what is actually charged to your credit card or bank transfer. For all Bank Transfer payments, local and overseas bank charges must be paid for by you. Failure to not pay these charges will result in your order being delayed.

International Deliveries can take extra time. Generally, our international deliveries take 7 – 10 working days. Our preferred international courier is with Hong Kong Post who has global logistics networks.

Should you wish to nominate your own courier, we can work with them as well. Be sure to provide the contact details (Phone, Email etc.) of their Hong Kong operation to us when you receive your order confirmation.

We will not take responsibility for damage incurred in shipment if you nominate your own shipping method or company.

Should you wish to use your own shipping method or company, we will sell your international orders on an ‘Ex-Works’ basis and as such, any customs clearance, VAT, GST, local charges, inspection charges, insurance will not be paid or be our responsibility.

Should you wish us to co-ordinate your international shipping, additional costs of shipping, customs clearance, VAT or GST (if required) and other shipping, including local market charges, will be advised prior to shipment. Your acceptance of these additional costs will be required prior to a Dispatch Note being sent to you by us.

For shipments exceeding the non-applicable quota for VAT or GST and exceeding 20kgs in weight, we will only sell on an ‘Ex-Works’ basis.

Payments for all international shipments are to be received in advance prior to shipment.
